The house was sold by Helen to M.D. Hartman in 1950, and an apartment within the house was rented to widow Elizabeth Dodd. The Hartmans sold to Walter N. Howley in 1957 for $19,750. The Howleys lived there until at least 1975. In 1980, Curtis W. and Susan Reeves purchased the home. In 2001, it was sold by the Reeves for $339,900, and it was sold again in 2025 for $790,000.
